Great for straining pasta! I love that I just hold it to the rim of the pot and drain the water - no more pasta! I will say that I tried to stir boiling pasta with it and the edge of the silicone was a little damaged. Only use it for straining, not for stirring. Very handy device

This kitchen tool surprised me. This is the champion at scraping sticky food off dishes. I was shocked how quick and easy it worked. It can also be used as a sieve. My only complaint is that it's a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I have very small hands so it's harder for me to hold than other people.

Hands down the best new kitchen appliance I've ever had. They are absolutely the most perfect culinary accessory. to a certain extent, they also help with cleaning. Take macaroni and cheese, for example. Thanks to the scraper, you can get everything out of the pot or pan. it practically does the first cleaning step for you. From a culinary point of view, it's great that nothing you cook will stick to the bottom. If you make granola, get this! I suppose the same would apply to any type of grain.
