This is a good product and I will buy it again! My only issue is that the green cleaning part wears out too quickly and starts to peel off the sponge, but that's no big deal!

Was not like the picture. There is a rubber button on the handle. My wife hates the pin because soap flows around the button. I ordered a wand according to the pictures. They didn't send that.

Soap dispensing knob on handle doesn't engage properly and detergent flows from stick. I had to throw it away. Luckily the sponge heads fit the signature pen so I can use them.

This item is defective and cheaply made. The white button that acts as a stopper for the detergent in the dispenser broke after a week of use. It keeps falling out and all the dish soap spills everywhere.

I should have followed other people's advice before buying. I usually use another brand that ran out during the COVID quarantine but decided to give it a try. The pad/sponge wears out too quickly, soooo much soap spills out so I have to store it differently to avoid spending a fortune on soap and the handle is awkward. it's not for me

I like these types of chopsticks, they are much better than a hand sponge but this one was very disappointing. It doesn't have proper grips on the handle making it a bit uncomfortable but bearable, but that's not an issue I've had with this product. I use hot water to wash dishes, nothing extreme, but probably 125-130 with my bare hands, so it's nothing crazy, and I mention it because I honestly believe plastic is so cheap and flimsy it's hot water melts.
