Thing worked fine for a while, but one day it just stopped working. I tried to contact them several times but didn't get a reply. I even have a guarantee. All in all, I was left with poor customer service and a $200 broken metal rod. In the future I would not recommend this stabilizer to any friend due to these circumstances. If they had contacted me and fixed the problem, I might have guessed differently.

went through 2 other bag stabilizers before moving to this brand and version. this is by far the best version/model. Stay away from other brands or those that come with screens. I made refills to order with a clip and monitor attached. I have a ribbon cable connecting the cable to the monitor and it doesn't interfere with the gimbal movement at all. Great stabilizer when not vibrating. For some reason, my stabilizer and other Feiyu-Tech stabilizers vibrate when held at acute angles and when I have filter lenses installed. I contacted feiyu's technical department and sent them pictures of my installation and a video of the problems, but they had no explanation and suggested that I update the software. It didn't help. I read a million reviews before buying the product but nobody mentioned that with a GoPro3+ a short teardown will cover your microphone and you will record gimbal motor noise, basically your audio is useless you can attach camera upside down but it's not how it should be and doesn't work properly. In the past, stabilizers were reserved for professionals only. A gyro stabilizer can cost you over $5,000, while a balanced steadicam costs about half that.
