First of all, pardon the bluntness of this review. I am not trying to be rude here. I am not sure how much longer I will buy clothes from Revain. The cut is, literally straight up and down, they are shorter than the appear in this photo. They do stretch I will give them that much. Here is my body type, I am 5'6, weight 140 lbs and I bought a medium. They fit because they stretch.I had to update this review because after several washings, these actually fit a lot better and are super comfortable

These shorts were stretchy where they needed to be and form fitting everywhere else. Very comfortable and true to size.

These are a decent pair of your classic short shorts! The black is a very pretty color and will go great with my outfits. Fits true to size and is indeed high-waisted, which is my favorite type of look for shorts.However this has a little more hanging fabric than is shown for the design I chose. 2 single pieces of string went all the way down to my mid thigh. I would just cut it off but I worry it may unravel in other places so I may have to do a small stitch on the inside to fix it.The frayed…

So cute, they go with everything. Be careful how many times you wash them because they are distressed. But I will buy another pair, amazing for the price.

Most low-rise jean shorts seem to be tend to be cut to be really snug - uncomfortable and also makes me self-conscious. But these are a great compromise: still shapely but loose enough through the thighs that I won't constantly be tugging them down. I also really like that they fit higher on the waist (though that's the style these days) because that's more how I'm shaped - and no risk of a muffin top.

Not as pictured. I got a standard pair of Wally World cuffed denim shorts. Some holes but not frayed. And they are incredibly short in length.I carry my weight in my stomach and breasts. (42DD). Between the top of zipper and 2nd button, there is a small opening, that is very annoying. If Snug, you will see this annoying space pulling at the top of zipper, like a too small button down shirt across the breast. Sort of poorly made, unless you want the baggy look.

I ordered a Lg based on the size scale provided(12-14)I am a size 12 loose fit- I couldn’t zip or button up and they stretch also, shorts a lot shorter than pictured. Not worth going through the trouble to return $30, I will give to a friend.

I absolutely love these. I am not comfortable in many shorts since having kids and these hide my insecurities. The fit is amazing and so is the quality in the stretch. I highly recommend.

I really like the material, they don't feel cheap. They did run a hair small, so I would size up. They fit nice, but, these will be good for any "after hours," "hoochie" occasion lol

I am a large and the shorts fit as expected, I found them a little short, but just unpicked the roll up. I think i will probably wear them all summer as they are comfortable, slightly stretchy and casual.
