The best part about this software was that it could be used with any other CRM or contact management system to bring in more information from your customers' accounts into one place so you can manage them better! There were some issues when trying to use their free version, but once we upgraded our account they worked fine after that point as well. I like to use DMI as it has helped us in getting more clients, we are able to track their leads & sales easily without having any manual intervention from our end which saves time - less effort spent with tracking them!
