The best part about this software was that it could be used with any other CRM or contact management system to bring in more information from your customers' accounts into one place so you can manage them better! There were some issues when trying to use their free version, but once we upgraded our account they worked fine after that point as well. We solved problems like having multiple emails tied up by different departments at various times and then never seeing who has what email until long afterwards due to how spread out everything gets within an organization/business; now everyone knows exactly where things are because its right there waiting for us whenever someone wants anything done related to those items - which makes life easier not only for ourselves personally but also helps others too since they don't have to sift through several places looking for something if needed help finding the info faster!!
