With so many closed stores, it's hard to find craft supplies. I was very pleased with the thread and felt that it arrived reasonably quickly. I have never had a problem with the DMC brand.

A good resource for finding paints for large projects. However, I later found them on other websites for a lot less. As a "good buyer" I was disappointed. I should have searched longer but since I buy in bulk I figured I would get a better price.

I love that everything comes in a small box! Looks very clean and professional, great for easy storage until I'm ready to use so the filament doesn't get dirty. The closest DMC yarn store to my house is about 90 minutes away so being able to buy in bulk online saves me time, money and gas!

The product arrived quickly and on time. The thread itself is in perfect condition but upon opening the package and looking at the DMC box it was completely destroyed. Ordered twice, only received one skein both times when there should have been 12 skeins per order. To be honest the title of the list was wrong, the title didn't say 12 strands and I doubt those who filled the orders opened the lists to see the details. The second time I contacted them via chat instead of email and he went through the posts and then pulled them out until they could correct the wording.
