First time works. Now it doesn't work anymore.

I was able to connect USB devices, SD cards etc. with it for about 2 months. Then all of a sudden I get the message "USB accessories disabled - Disable accessories that use too much power to re-enable USB devices". I get the message even if nothing is connected to the adapter! Following the suggestions in the FAQ, I connected the power adapter, but I still get the same message. Now it's just a paperweight. Very bad quality.

Best value for money for computers and accessories

After reporting that I received a defective product for the first time, the seller sent a replacement very quickly and in no time! Great customer service aside, I think it goes without saying that this is the best HUB for the money on any of the new MacBooks. I like that it is suitcase friendly as it comes with a dongle and has many features. This was the fourth adapter I've purchased as I was trying to find a third party adapter that would work perfectly with my 2018 iPad Pro 11" and I can say That this NAILS!No problem with the device.There are some issues in iOS if you don't want to use multiple devices at the same time, but that's with iOS and Apple, not with this device.When testing on my LG V40 phone I was able to it will use HDMI while the device will simultaneously read SD cards, USB flash drives and USB external hard drives

The purpose of buying NOVOO was to get Samsung DEX working. Everything worked as expected from the DEX, except the Note 8 wasn't charging through the NOVOO USB C hub. Contacted tech support and they recommended I use a stronger USB 3.0 cable. Now I charge via NOVOO USB HUb and watch my favorite YouTube, check email, surf the internet etc. on the big TV.
