None of the ports worked

The wireless charger was working properly. However, none of the USB ports worked. At least the return went smoothly. I bought a similar item at my local brick and mortar store. It works 100%.

Perfect fit for Surface Pro

I bought this to use with Surface Pro. The Surface Pro only has a USB port and no HDMI. This hub allows me to connect a wireless keyboard, mouse, monitor, external drive and flash drive. Being able to attach all the items at once has made my life so much easier. The Surface Pro had a USB-C, which the hub plugs into. I can't have two monitors at the same time either. We used them at work and not sure if it would help, but they do everything I need and more.

Good product!

Great product! This adapter/dock is big (because it has 15 ports) but still portable! If I want to connect to multiple displays, it works over both HDMI and VGA. The adapter satisfies my daily needs as a programmer. My previous adapter gets very hot when connected to only one screen, but this one doesn't have such an issue. Reading a disc is quick when you connect an external hard drive or insert an SD card. The adapter also features two USB-C ports and plenty of USB ports for additional use…

Better than expected.

This little item was sent from God. I kept having to swap USB ports etc on my laptop. I have a printer, mouse and external drive connected at the same time and can use the SD card slot at the same time. It has a slim design that looks really good, and it's small enough to fit in my laptop bag when traveling. It has an HDMI port which is very handy for presentations as I can connect my laptop directly to the TV. Great device worth the money. I highly recommend this item as I have tried similar…
