The best thing about this product is that it can be used in both team collaboration as well as personal use cases, such as reading your emails while traveling or just working from home! It's also very intuitive to understand how things work after installing the software which makes training time less necessary than other products out there (like Outlook). This has been our go-to tool (or as I like to call it, "The one true way”) when we need access permissions or document management within Team Sites in Office 365/Sharepoint Online since day 1! I like that it is easy to use, you can upload files directly from your computer or email them in as well! It also has an option where if someone clicks "I'm done" they won't be able to edit again until another person opens up their document (which doesn't really matter since we're not collaborating with other people).
