It didn't work for me, but it did for other brands.

I suffer from diabetic neuropathy. It hurts incredibly. My doctor advised me to add Acetyl-L-Carnitine to my daily Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement. It worked great! I took the Source Naturals brand from both. They worked so well it seemed like a miracle. I was pain free! When it came time to reorder, I decided to buy this Doctor's Best brand Acetyl L-Carnitine to save some money. Unfortunately, with Doctor's Best Acetyl-L-Carnitine, the neuropathy has returned. It helps a lot with paresthesias of the nervous system of the "pin and needle " type.

Well I have fibromyalgia and over the years I have had many problems. For the last year I have had tingling, tingling and burning sensations in my arms, forearms, legs and feet.
