I suffer from diabetic neuropathy. It hurts incredibly. My doctor advised me to add Acetyl-L-Carnitine to my daily Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement. It worked great! I took the Source Naturals brand from both. They worked so well it seemed like a miracle. I was pain free! When it came time to reorder, I decided to buy this Doctor's Best brand Acetyl L-Carnitine to save some money. Unfortunately, with Doctor's Best Acetyl-L-Carnitine, the neuropathy has returned. I found another brand "Now" that is about the same price as Doctor's Best and just as effective as Source Naturals. I take it now and get relief. Can Doctor's Best work for some conditions and some people? But not for me. Some deals aren't worth the negative consequences. Good luck chasing relief!
