Overall, great to wear around the house on a hot day. It would be perfect if the material was a softer and had more flow. It would probably be more flattering as well.

I was apprehensive about buying shorts off amazon, but the try before you buy, sold me. I love these. So comfy and they have a lot of stretch to them. I have more athletic thighs, so I always worry things will be tight, not these! They are perfect. I will see how they wash and dry, but I have already ordered another pair in blue.

Too small. Ordered my size and they are way to small. Then I saw they were made overseas, which those sizes are always way to small. Great for junior sizes, not women.

The shorts ran quite a bit larger than I expected. I could easily go down a size. I felt like the shorts wore me, not the other way around. I think the stiffness of the fabric contributed to the odd fit. I thought the material would be more flowy like the pictures. Washing them may soften it up, but I am returning them so I can't confirm that.

Really wanted to like these, but they were stiff (may soften up over time but didn’t feel like the linen shorts I’ve tried elsewhere) and wore really strangely. The pictures make it look like it'll be a comfortable fabric, but it's way stiffer than advertised. Also because of that the shorts sit weird and look nothing like I thought they would.

I love these shorts. They are loose fitting, flattering and can be dressed up or down! The only issue I have had with them is that I think they shrunk in the dryer 🙃 they still fit, but aren't as loose as the they were prior to the dryer. Another note is they are more of a canvas like material than a cotton, which actually worked out better because they are super light weight. I plan on ordering more colors. If you are looking for a cute, light weight short this is probably it!

The shorts are okay. I was hoping they’d be stretchy but they aren’t at all. They are on the baggy side (but not too baggy where they look frumpy) which helps them be more comfy. Pockets are a good size but they are pretty open on the side meaning to have to be careful your phone doesn’t fall out. Also they’re higher waisted than I expected. These short fit well, are comfortable, and are cute. The only issue is that the description said they were polyester, and the label in them says 100% cotton. Rather than take a chance, I washed them cold and hung them to dry. But I went ahead and ordered two more colors. Wanted to update the review. I bought the black and navy shorts and a green flowered pair. The fabric differed from the solid to the flowered pair. The flowered pair were considerably more comfortable however they pilled on the first day from my purse touching them while I walked. All had too small of a waist band so the elastic folded over and was uncomfortable. These are little dressier than standard shorts and are little longer for us taller gals. I am just shy of 5'9" and these hit me about a 1/3 of the way down the thigh. I bought these shorts in the cream color in a size Medium and they fit perfectly. They were soft and comfortable so I decided to order a pair in black. This pair was made with a different material, much more stiff. I also had to get a larger size in the black. I’m not sure why there was such a big difference between the two sizes. Just a heads up

These run big a bit. i got the gray camo pair. looks cute with a big shirt, but after washing it, the waist part gets too bulky. Its like the string is in there and that's good, there's some elastic which is normal, but the bulkiness i think comes from the type of material. its folded over encasing the string and elastic, and then it feels a bit like one of those bathrobe ties after you get it out of the dryer.
