I like that the system is simple to use, it's easy for employees or contractors to access their payroll information at any time. It also allows you to easily set up recurring payments which makes paying bills much easier! The only thing about this software is that sometimes when they do an update there are glitches with some of the features and you have to go back in and fix them. Easy to use, quick implementation of payroll modules with our accounting software ERP solution! We've never experienced an issue utilizing their services as they provide excellent customer service and follow up after projects have been completed. My only recommendation for improvement is additional training in accounting aspects that our Accounting team may need assistance completing. I do not have any other issues so far.
