Works as advertised with doorbell

Installed a few weeks ago for use with a non wired ring doorbell in a country house which was causing the battery to drain every few months especially in cold (freezing) weather. Has worked great so far, keeping the doorbell battery at 90% or higher at all times. Looking forward to no more fiddling with frozen fingers to remove and charge the battery when it's -10 degrees in January! Get the Doorbell - Transformers

It was an easy install and it works great. I haven't had any problems so far and have owned it for 2 1/2-3 months now. I see that all my packages are being delivered and I can thank the drivers. What more can I ask for. Oh I got an update so I can shoot longer videos. I want to see everything that happens, not just a short video and guess what happened afterwards. It's cheap and worth it. The only false alerts I've gotten so far have been trees moving when the wind was really strong and bugs…

I bought this to avoid frequent tedious calls and to charge the doorbell battery. HOORAY! . WORKS PERFECTLY! But . Please follow these tips: 1) Check your device's voltage instructions before purchasing. This matched the recommendations for my base RING model. Yours may be different, so check carefully. 2) Also, I need to have AC/AC. This is important, so check the requirements for your device model. 3) START SAFELY WITH A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY. A difficult decision when a cable connection is not available.

This is a great solution for connecting the Ring Doorbell 1 if you don't have one. 26 feet was enough to run it from a room to the service box where my ISP/TV provider's coax cable connects to my house along with the electro box and all those other services. In my situation I already had an existing hole so I had to run a service box with my coax cable from there out to the door.
