This item will not fit 2006 Jeep GC. .

This item will not fit 2006 Jeep GC. 3 connection points do not match the holes in the car mounts; Therefore, you cannot properly attach the device to the rear right side panel of the jeep. If you try to use it, you have to leave the device hanging in the recess on the right rear side panel, which will definitely damage one of the hoses or disconnect the electrical connector. I tried to return it but now the seller won't allow it. DO NOT BUY!

Finally found the leak on the evaporator. It's a pump!

My Jeep Cherokee had an evaporator leak code. Got this LDP to make sure it's not a read error. This didn't clean up the code so I ended up doing a smoke test and found a couple of small leaks around the canister under the truck but was surprised to see the biggest leak was in the pump itself! Smoke was coming out of almost every seam in the plastic case (not the hoses). Looks like there was a large internal crack or loose internal seal. After I replaced it there was no more leak and the code…
