Dorman 741 801 Toyota Corolla Regulator Review

The part sent to me was very different from the photo. Although it could be installed in my 2000 Toyota Corolla, it didn't work properly. The window would not raise properly, causing it to move crookedly and pop out of alignment. The only thing that kept me from going back was being able to remove the motor and put it on the old ESC. It worked well, although I won't use the wrong part next time. Get the part you want or return it, don't try to make it work.

Did not come with installation instructions which a janitor would normally provide. I deduct a star for that. Otherwise everything seems fine, it came on time, early and in decent condition. I didn't look in the box, I just gave it to my mechanic who keeps installing it on different cars to install on my car. When you open the box, first realize that this replacement part is very different from the original part that you take out of the door.
