Works but doesn't spin all the way

Product works but doesn't spin fully on a 2013 Ford Edge and no I haven't stripped the threads it goes all the way and straight keeps spinning what got me thinking that any car wash worth its weight would rip it out at any moment, so now I have to unscrew it every time I go to the car wash.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • Some little things

Works perfectly. - Relay

This is what I get when I need to tie building supplies to the roof of my Ford Focus; lost antenna. It was a bit cheap but works well. Worth the price. The screw was either slightly off-center or bent, but it snapped and I couldn't tell any difference in reception from the original. Next time I put 5 sheets of plywood on the roof of a small car I would buy another one if I dropped it in the parking lot.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Fits

Ford Focus 2013 Perfect Fit

This is a direct OEM replacement for the stock antenna on my Focus. Screwed in correctly, without distortion, without problems. The radio worked great after installation. Delivery was easy. The product came packaged in a pimply envelope. No prime shipping but got here in a few days. And the price was cheaper than at the dealer, so I won't be too upset if I get the car back into the garage before the gate is all the way up again.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Great for switches and relays

I bought a used 2011 Edge and was disappointed with the radio reception until I noticed the lack of antennas. The replacement arrived within a few days, I screwed it on and didn't get good reception. I haven't traveled very far to see what the range is, but I can pick up radio stations 30-40 miles away. As others have described, there is a small gap in the receiver, but it's not noticeable and doesn't appear to affect operation.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Like the original but tilted

PROS: - Seems well made and solid - Works just like the original CONS: - A slight tilt is noticeable during installation DETAILS: Works perfectly and much cheaper than the dealer. Mine has a slight offset with it's own threaded base which was evident when turning to install. Not particularly noticeable, but to some it may seem like "bait" for the eyes. Doesn't bother me enough to do anything about it.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • faded

I have a For Focus SE 2008. Heck .

I have a 2008 For Focus SE. The devil is in the details. The threaded stud on the bottom of the mast sticks out just under 1/8" more than the OEM mast. Because of this, the rubber sleeve on the bottom of the mast does not seal the base of the antenna. I returned it for a full refund. I Found an original Ford air mast (BA8Z part number 18813A) for $0.02 more with free shipping at Revain so got it instead.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Safety

Good replacement for my Ford Explorer

Pros: It fitted my 2013 Ford Explorer perfectly. It was easy to install with a ladder. This improved my reception in most places and didn't have as many dead spots to deal with while driving or at home. Cons: Actually, the minus is not for the product, but for the removal of the old device. The Ford Explorer is a relatively tall car and if you're not paying attention to your surroundings, you can easily snap off the antenna. Removing a broken block is a chore and requires drilling out the…

Working but does not fit exactly like OEM

I bought this for my 2008 Ford Fusion and it fits. There is one small complaint, however: the standard antenna has its rubber base on which it expands sagged about 1/8 inch, covering the base on which it screws. Therefore, when a new antenna is installed, a small gap remains. , I thought it might be a problem and cause a leak. When I took a closer look at the base assembly, it turned out that it was airtight, so it shouldn't cause any problems other than aesthetics. It works flawlessly and the…
