Dorman 902-408 Radiator Filler Neck Upgrade for Enhanced SEO Review

The part was almost identical to the factory part. I say identical because the part holding the o-ring in place was a removable ring while the factory part was molded with a permanent groove. The part fit perfectly and was installed quickly. I would definitely use a pickaxe to remove the clamp as it speeds up the job (<1 minute to remove the old part). As long as the part doesn't fail, we're fine. If this fails I will come back to update my review.

Had to install something on my Lexus RX350. Once everything was in place, all that was left was to secure it with the included collar ring. The tabs didn't go in and ended up having to file the back of the filler neck to allow it to slide farther down the radiator and give the clearance needed to lock the shoulder lugs in place. All in all it looks like a solid piece of plastic which I hope doesn't go as bad as the original product's nipple.

We highly recommend watching Youtube videos before installing. Removing the old one requires care not to damage the side of the radiator. It only took me about 5 minutes to swing up and down and pull. Sticking a wood chisel between the base and the heatsink and rotating it a bit to remove the old block also helped. Fits perfectly on my 2007 Sienna LE 3.5L. The review pointed out that unlike mine it does not come with the horseshoe ring pictured. This ring is a "lock" that holds the filler neck.
