I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado installed and every time I honk the horn. I've tried everything to get this working and I just have to keep at it until I find one that works.

The bolts were too long and the thread pitch didn't match our 2005 Chevy Suburban. I had to change the screws from the old switch to the new one. unnecessary pain. After replacing the screws and installing the part, the horn works perfectly.

My Chevy Astro horn stopped working and after looking at all the simple things it should have in the steering wheel. I found that the wire that is part of this assembly broke the plastic bracket which is why the horn didn't work. This analysis is exactly the same as the original.

I would give this part 5 stars except the thread size or screw diameter was too big. I was still able to use this part by simply replacing the bolts on my original part. It was a simple procedure, so if you need this part, don't buy it. Well done great price.
