Good protection against road dust and salt spray. I still have oil poured through the cable duct and will try to remember to run it down every year to lubricate the cable.

Bolted on and works great. The secondary trap no longer gets stuck. It's best to replace it before you need the spare tire and have to cut through the old tire lever with a grinder or saw to get it off.

Was nice and easy to install Better than factory no need to lock mechanism which I like as I had an apartment to stay in. In order not to remove the spare part, what a rusty locking device and I had to cut a wire to get the spare part, it took 2 hours, I recommend rebuilding it from the factory.

No extra locking to rust and glue together to leave you on the side of the road like OEM (two cars for me, 1 for my dad, 1 for mine Uncle, 1 for my sister) 5 stars because there is no 6 star option If you've never used your OEM winch, I suggest trying it out on your street, and you can't put it down .

Very strong and easy to move, the hardest part was removing the tube from the old one to get to the screw. Works great. Don't over tighten as there won't be a click if everything fits snugly and try again maybe in a week. I replaced the factory version on my 2003 Chevy Avalanche. Be sure to replace the plastic latch on the tube with a new one, as the old one may be different and not snap onto the new winch.
