All four tabs are 1/4 " shorter for 1990 Chevrolet

Tabs not countersunk properly - "universal" fit will cause 1995 Chevrolet headlights to be loose. Extra-long screws supplied with return ordered an OEM part.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Security

Looks good so far!: Wire retaining rings

Seems to be quality parts, honestly Dorman stuff can be random, I've bought quite a few of their products. It appears to be a hit, but only time will tell. I'll update this review when it's a little older. Note; They come with new screws!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Fits Toyota 1992 PU

Installation required a little creativity but it worked on a 1992 Toyota pickup to replace a broken headlight frame. I also had to put a spacer between the retaining ring and sealing bar and the mounting holes on the truck were too far apart, but setting the bolts at an angle worked. Now it looks solid!

Fits my '78 El Camino headlight snugly/as it should

Ordered this for my 1978 El Camino. Fit snugly to the headlight itself as it should. Passed through with no problems. The supplied screws worked, I was able to replace the old rusty screws. The only downside was that I could only line up 3 holes (bottom and top right). I couldn't align the top left side correctly. I tightened 3 screws that I was able to align and it seems secure. The time will show. If necessary, I will buy more for one passenger. Sorry for the dirty headlight frame.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different
