Going to install my first air-fuel gauge and needed to mount the oxygen sensor. Installed both bungs. My gauge only has 1 sensor but wanted to be able to move it side to side to tune the carb. Once the carb is set I plan to plug the other side. These came with the plugs so I can move the sensor and gauge to another car either on a temporary or permanent basis.

I have no issue with the quality of thee bung, but I wish the description would specify the pipe diameter used for the notch. The notch on the bung fits perfectly on my 1" socket, which is about 1.33" diameter. I bought these for my custom exhaust made with 2.5" pipe, but with a notch for such a small diameter, I had about 1/8" gap to fill at the high side of the notch. Alternatively, I could do some grinding to make them fit better, but I decided to return these and find some with a more…

Finally a product that is worth its weight in gold, it seems that nothing you buy actually fits the component its suppost to work with and yet these simple little bungs can be so hard for a shop to make the curvature to fit its workpiece.anyhow this company got the arc just right and fits like a glove, great quality and im happy with it. Price was great. However the plugs had different size hex keys and the threads on the bung varied in quality. A few bungs threading was fine and the rest were either completely flat, or double threaded.

Ordered 2, 1 bung has a burr right at the top of the thread making it useless. Need to order another one now. That's my review!

Welded fine but their bevel is too aggressive even on a 1.25” primary I had to grind some off.On a 2.5-3” tube you’ll have to grind a lot off

Needed a bung for an A/F sensor on my downpipe. Welded good. Sensor threads nicely and flush to bung. Would recommend. That's my feedback!

Fit was perfect and had a small issue with install. That's my review. Had to grind down a little for flush fit onto end of header long tube

and a great price! Just scuffed a little and welded in place. The saddle looked like it was made fro 2.5" pipe. It was quite easy to just grind a little bit to get the contour for 3" pipe.

I gave it 5 stars in everything because it doesnt leak, threads were good, and I welded it so it was bound to be perfect 😂 on a serious note I'm a welder by trade and had no issue after cleaning the protective oils off rigging them to the exhaust I built for my truck.

One on the right is useless. Hole for threads oversized and threads don’t protrude through to the top side. It just flat out wasn’t machined correctly.

These o2 sensor bungs are ideal for welding into aftermarket exhaust to give you somewhere to mount an o2 sensor. Just drill a hole and weld these on. Be sure to use a little anti-sieze on the plugs if you use those.
