Description of Dougs Headers D570 Metallic Firebird

Thick flanges (3/8 inch to 5/8 inch) with no warping. CNC mandrel bent tubes for an accurate fit and a better flow. Precision formed long transition collectors that reduces backpressure. Heavy gauge tubing (16 and 14G) for longer life. Header tubes are pre-polished for a better appearance.

Header stuck in spare frame

Header smashed into rider frame when fitted to 78 Trans Am. Dougs (now made in Mexico) told me to use a hammer. I told them I would try another brand. Revain accepted the return and I bought the Hooker Super Comps which fit perfectly.
