Dove Amplified Conditioner Hydrating Moisturizing Review

To be honest I was disappointed with this product everyone advertised it online so I bought it. Now it worked great on my toddler hair that was less thick than my own but did nothing for my hair. It smells amazing, but as far as amazing curls go, it didn't live up to expectations. I wouldn't buy it if you have thick curly hair.

UPDATE September 5, 2021: I love the leave-in conditioner. The scent is not as strong as with shampoo and conditioner and almost has the effect of a curl cream. My hair is more defined and holds up better through the humid 95 degree weeks we experienced this August. I have shoulder length curls and use about a teaspoon, avoiding the root zone. Not what I expected doesn't really affect my curls or help with the shine. My hair feels really heavy when I apply leave-in conditioner. Shampoo is so-so. I'd rather spend a little more and buy something that leaves my hair soft and shiny. The smell didn't impress me either.

I have low porosity 4c hair. This means my hair has a harder time absorbing and retaining moisture and my curls are tight/zigzag. I usually have a lot of glitches when washing. When using the shampoo, conditioner and conditioner with the new improved texture, I noticed that I had almost no breakage. When I was done, my hair was still tightly knotted, but it was much softer and easier to manage. The only thing that bothers me is the size of the bottles. I want them to get bigger.

Received mine today. And I'm so happy. I had problems with my natural curls. Where they almost completely disappeared for almost 3 years. And it stressed me out so much. I've used other products to get them back but nothing worked as well as this one! My hair is fuller and my curls are more defined. Almost the same as before. And after just one application! I will never know how it works as I can't open 2 of them. The shampoo opened with no problem while the other two would not open. Very disappointing and there is no way to contact the seller!

I love this product! My type 4c hair curled beautifully using just these products in combination with a Dove mask (I brought it separately) and a small spoonful of gel. Great smell and my hair was as soft and light as cotton! So many compliments at once!

I've heard good things about this line from Dove. I used all 3 products together and nothing else. There was shampoo, ma'am. Need a scammer. I liked the conditioner. It glides on well and my hair detangles easily with a shower comb. Then I tried the leave-in conditioner, I really like it! It left my curls moisturized and frizzy. My hair is soft, not sticky or crunchy with really good definition. I've received so many compliments on my hair from total strangers. Overall I liked these products…
