Rip off. Dove does not care about the environment. They are just trying to make money. I can reuse the same bottle until the pump breaks and this saves a lot of plastic waste. This is my first time trying this kind of concentrate body wash. The instructions is clear and easy to follow. The body wash itself is moisturizing and easy to apply. I think this product would be nice for people who have limited storage space.

I thought the bottles were bigger when I bought it. They're about 18 oz. You put the soap in first, then the water. The indicator lines say I should put more water in, and it's overflowing. I almost recommended filling the water first, but that's not a fix as you have to physically attach the bottle to the refill to get it inside. And it's not exactly fast either. It was hard to get all of the concentrate out of the bottle and into the larger bottle. It is a little runnier than the original kind. It was not that great of a buy, just trying to have less waste.

This stuff is exactly like what you'd expect of dove body wash. Nice smelling, moisturizing and now better for the planet. A+ for me.

As a general rule I really like Dove products. This soap is no exception. I like the way it feels on my skin and I like the moisturizing effect on my skin and that it rinses clean easily. I am not a huge fan of the fact that you really can't see through the clear fill line to know you are filling up the bottle correctly. I wanted to reduce my plastic use and like regular Dove body wash. For the first few days it was fine, thick and comparable to the regular products. But then it became watery and the pump doesn’t work. Now it’s beyond the return window. Don’t waste your money.
