good but with problems

This tool is still very good but there are two problems. First, there is no instruction manual. There are also no markings on the instrument. So I don't know which part is for N12 or N18 or other models. Another problem between the part, the screw is not tightened.

Worked well, instructions or labeling would be an improvement. 2012 N18 Mini Cooper S

The alignment tool worked fine. I had to play around with it for a while as there were no instructions, but there was no way to install it incorrectly, so after a few failed experiments I got it working in about 5 minutes. Be sure to watch a few videos beforehand.

Fits 2012 N16 engine in the Mini Cooper Countryman (R60)

When I received this tool I immediately tested it on my family's naturally aspirated 2012 Mini Countryman after removing the valve cover and turning the engine to the timing position . There are actually two parts here that together form the mechanical interlock for the N16 engine's exhaust and intake cams.
