The most important thing I like about this software is that it has very user friendly UI so anyone can use easily without any technical issues or skills required to use. It's easy to integrate into our existing systems, allowing us to keep up with modern day technologies quickly and efficiently. I like how easy it was to use, even with minimal experience of using software in general or command line tools specifically! It's also very user friendly - no confusing options that most other platforms have which make them difficult/impossible to learn quickly if you are new at all (like many others). The fact they're still actively developing makes me excited about their future products as well as supporting current ones. There isn't much else i dislike but there could be more tutorials…

Easy to use - just drag and drop in a file explorer to create a new report or template, or edit existing reports and templates. Quick turnaround time to support issues/requested changes. Limited customization ability when initializing the tool. Can't customize more than 1 column. There are several ways that you can share data, but I haven't seen anyone mention how to display the shared data/reports without having to share them with everyone who might be interested (via email perhaps?)
