Rating from my point of view.

Some micro reviews of the chair from my point of view.- Back: healthier than the lazy slouched position I sat in by default in my regular chair.- Bottom: more comfortable than a regular chair.- Knees: more comfortable than an old one Kneeling Chair (2005) - Eyes: the embodiment of kneeling chair design. Ego: Kneeling is cool, right? - Brain: Impressed by the feats of assembly (about 20 minutes from opening the box to kneeling, excluding a week's delay) - General health: Kneeling with good…

Probably suitable for short people

I'm 6'1", 250 lbs and have back problems. I used this chair until I retired and liked it, but I weighed 60 pounds less. I have gained 60 pounds due to the medications I am taking and this chair will not support my weight. The chair was at most uncomfortable for me. I remember how my old office chair put me in a position that felt natural and comfortable. This chair didn't do that. plus side, well built and pretty easy to assemble. I sent the chair back.

Nice sturdy chair! on Kneeling Chairs

I've been thinking about getting a kneeling chair for a while and I was a bit overwhelmed with my research. There seemed to be so many available that looked more or less the same. I chose this one because of its rating, thick pads and weight. (I weigh about 240 pounds, and many chairs were only rated at 220.) The chair was relatively easy to put together. (At first I thought there were no instructions but it was in a bag with one of the pillows.) I had to use a rubber mallet to push one of the…

Quality product but not good 4me

Appears to be a good quality product. I weigh 250 pounds 5ft 10 inches and felt secure in this kneeling chair. Assembly was easy, although the instructions were very limited. Overall I love this chair and have been trying it really well for the past 2-3 weeks but am planning to return it because it just doesn't work. good for me. It's too hard for my knees and/or shins. The lower back is fine, and I like the fact that it encourages the favorable curvature of the lumbar spine. I've found that I…

WARNING: Not intended for office use!

I bought this chair based on many positive reviews. Well to be honest my chair problem is most likely not related to this particular brand or model but I feel the warning to anyone looking to replace their current office chair with one of these is due to my pain (both literally ) as well as is justified figuratively) experience. I work at a desk where I sit in front of a computer most of the day about 8 1/2 hours a day. I have postural issues and back pain and was hoping a kneeling chair would…

It takes a little getting used to, but overall it helps my back!

6/24/21 edit: Still working! I use it between my regular office chair and it supports and distributes my 230 lb weight well. It helps when I have a stiff back and I generally stick with this chair because it really prevents back pain. Eventually I will need knee pads because after a while, especially with my weight, my knees start to hurt. so my knees took most of the weight. Now I've lowered it back so it's about 50/50 on my knees and hips to allow me to sit longer. Yes my knees get tired…
