This mattress is PERFECT for my Graco Pack-N-Play. I used it at the bottom of the backpack so my daughter would have a softer but durable surface to sit and stand on. She's learning to stand and using the walls/sides of the backpack to support herself, allowing her to stand better with a mattress on the floor. Graco Playpen *requires* no mattress. However, if you use the playground for more than just sleeping, you might want to consider a mattress. That was the main reason I chose this mattress. As documented by others, this mattress is perfect for Graco playgrounds. Not sure if this mattress can get enough stars. Our 13 month old was finally transitioning to a regular schedule but couldn't settle down enough to sleep with the pack and play along the way. It would mess up the schedule of every weekend we travelled. This didn't require a complete relearn of the schedule, but would complicate Monday and Tuesday.
