Ideal for the Dreambaby gate extension to secure a wide door/entrance. Make sure you know if you have a Dreambaby high gate or a standard Dreambaby high gate before ordering an extension.

Easy assembly, works well. Just make sure you measure with the wall mount that comes with this setup. Leave about 1 and 1/2 inch on each side for attachments.

To make our trellis fit the top of our stairs the only answer was to finally add one of these and mount it securely to the nearest wall. Awkward, but it worked. The extensions are well made and match the goals well. .

Dreambaby makes great gates and extensions. We used it for the area from the entrance to the stairwell, about 20 feet. The area also has a diagonal shape. Even with additional extensions, the gate is strong and secure. We have purchased several of these goals and attachments and are happy with everything.

I really like this brand's gate. The extension works great to keep the kids from getting through. The main reason I bought this extension was to separate my living room from the hallway so my child would have a spot away from our dogs. The slot at the end of the extension is slightly wider than the gate, allowing my chihuahua to squeeze through, defeating the purpose of the gate. We ended up using the smaller extension and placing it a little further down the hallway.

I love this gate system. It looks so pretty when it's set up and helps keep baby out of places they shouldn't go. Love the gate feature that keeps it from breaking your fingers when closing. It closes as you walk through, and these extenders fit perfectly between large openings. Highly recommended, but remember that you can only have one gate and two extensions of any size for the gate to work properly, not three or four extensions as this will not work as intended.

I have a two story house and it was very difficult to find a child gate that would block the stairs going up and down. Using this expansion with the Dreambaby gate saved a life! I just installed it so I'm hoping my twin babies can't knock it off. I've pushed and pulled it and it seems very secure. Great purchase for large halls and wide staircases!
