Great Price Power Tool Parts & Accessories

This was my first engraver where I can actually see the engraved letters without having to repeat them. I bought a Diamond nozzle but haven't used it yet. Powerful little tool. Continuous. Much better than the $20 engraver I bought from Lowe.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Hard to Say

Significantly better than a standard steel Dremel impact cutter.

Engraving on metal, glass and ceramics is much cleaner and more delicate. Must be used with a Dremel impact engraver. Not suitable for a standard Dremel grinder as the diamond tip is likely to break from the rotating action.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No instructions

This engraver boy for my dremel was exactly what I wanted.

This bit for my Dremel was just what I needed. I bought this to engrave a plate of food for my dog but it worked so well I started engraving. After engraving my name and address on 84.7% of my personal belongings (everything I could engrave), I started engraving other people's things. I am currently awaiting a civil suit for having my personal opinion engraved on my ex-wife's car. But just how this diamond-tipped engraving tool works now that my wife has become a two-faced tramp.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Contact this seller is difficult to contact

This engraving bit didn't fit the first Dremel I got so I sent the drill back with the Dremel as I wasn't sure if the problem was there the machine or the bit. The replacement for both parts was delivered quickly which I appreciate. But the original diamond drill was returned with the Dremel and I was still charged $17 for the drill. I can't do anything about it as I can't reach the seller. The replacement works perfectly. I only had to pay for it twice. By the way, this bit is VERY good forโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Only available in black

Bought at reduced price. Worth this price. Use with CNC machine.

I wanted to carve my logo/initial on the hard steel tools I sometimes lend to students. For $50 you can get a spring-loaded diamond engraving tip. This item was reduced to $10 so I thought I'd give it a try. The CNC machine has a spring-loaded anti-backlash nut, so this spring can be used for a horizontal surface to apply moderate pressure. I don't twist the chisel, I use it like a chisel. At this point, after about 20 initial engravings, the diamond is still there, still working to initializeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Very useful but very short lifespan

Yesterday I decided to try my hand at glass engraving. I used a 12" x 12" piece of glass to frame the images and simply copied the image placed under the glass with my Dremel engraver using the 9929 bit. This bit was surprisingly easy to work on the glass for quite a while. By the time the engraving was about 70% complete, this diamond tipped drill was almost useless. The diamond tip is completely worn out. I don't know how long I took this advice on, but I really thought I could finish atโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Legacy model
