Great platform to use and great customer service

I like how easy it was for me as an agent (and even my clients) could easily access their account information in order from anywhere! This has helped reduce paper work since all of our sales have been done online now which makes keeping track much easier than with paperwork or spreadsheets!! Highly recommend this product if you are looking into doing your own bookkeeping/accounting duties because there really isn't anything out here comparable yet haha..   • Super friendly staff, always available to help
  • Great software that is extremely userfriendly.
  • Everything can essentially run autonomously except inputting customer info &/or payment data manually
  • Very organized layout making life super efficient !!!! :)
Cons
  • Not being allowed more time off while running certain scripts / jobs

Super attentive & proactive customer support

They helped us with our CRM integration and managed everything for me. The team was very responsive throughout the entire process which made it easy to trust them as they are managing my business account for me! I have nothing else good to say about their services aside from the fact that they were great at what we needed and always willing to listen when things got tricky or required some extra attention.
