I LOVE those long straws! Just what I need for my tall glasses for protein and ice drinks - I need to drink about 150 ounces of fluids a day and I use tall glasses and water bottles! Great price and they really do the job. I have a 30 ounce ZAK mug that I use for cold drinks and they are perfect! I didn't need a thick straw because it might not fit the hole in the lid of the mug, so I used this one because it was the same as the regular one. You don't even have to lengthen the "flex part".
