Drive Torque Wrench Breaker Combo Tools & Equipment Review

As they say what you pay for is what you get. It is a very well built and well thought out instrument. The fact that it's made in the USA is another reason to buy it if you need to apply some serious torque.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the torque wrench that Snap-on sells with its name and then sells for $1,000 or more. Excellent quality. Made in the USA. good case. Very good torque wrench. To be honest there are no complaints, especially about the price. I use it all the time at work.

Split beam design is much better than other common designs. The quality meets or exceeds all tool trolley brands and at a much better price. This large 3/4" wrench is ideal for trailers and heavy duty diesel engines. An excellent choice for the professional mechanic.

Amazing tool made in the USA, I have used it professionally to build diesel engines and it has never let me down in terms of accuracy. After several months of frequent use, it still holds near-perfect torque results. The jackhammer accessory is also a very useful tool when dealing with large equipment and makes it even more affordable.

I purchased this breaker bar & torque wrench to remove the central locks on my GT3. It takes tremendous breakout force to loosen the center lock and you need over 415 ft-lbs of torque to tighten the center lock. In my opinion the best product on the market for this purpose. Collapses half way to fit most tool cabinets, unlike the Williams TQ key I returned. First, the torque wrench can be assembled in two ways, but it only needs to be assembled in one way for the torque wrench to start clicking

Made in the USA! I have several Precision Instruments torque wrenches. I am completely satisfied with all of them, including this one. For me, a Precision Instruments C4D600F36H 3/4" Torque Wrench and Breaker Combo Set is used to loosen and tighten the lug nuts on my RV. These nuts are torqued to 450 ft-lbs. I have this to be able to change the wheels on my trailer and put other high torque bolts on it. I like it because it's made in the USA, cheaper than a CDI/snap-on key, and can be disassembled into a much smaller case so I don't have to stash a 4" key in my truck. HUGE bonus and I highly recommend you get it as you don't have to use a torque wrench to loosen the bolts.
