Made in the USA! I have several Precision Instruments torque wrenches. I am completely satisfied with all of them, including this one. For me, a Precision Instruments C4D600F36H 3/4" Torque Wrench and Breaker Combo Set is used to loosen and tighten the lug nuts on my RV. These nuts are torqued to 450 ft-lbs. This tool is much easier to use than the torque multiplier I used. The Precision Instruments case is also excellent. He let the torque wrench survive Revain's failed packing attempt. thin/weak cardboard, four times the size. They added a strip of packing paper to "cushion" transport shocks.
