I like how easy it was for me, as an end user/customer with no technical background at all (and who has never used anything related in detail) -to be able manage my own documents files without any problems or issues. It's not bad but maybe could have been better if they had made some improvements here and there regarding usability aspects by adding more options such us "add tags" etc.. Maybe also add categories so we can organize our folders easily? But i think this would require additionalβ¦
