Every time I drop my phone, even an inch or two, it pops out. I tried to buy Gen 2 because they seem to be thinner and look stronger but they don't work with cables. It's frustrating.

The product description made me think I would receive micro and C charging tips. I ended up having to buy C adapters because I didn't want my charging connector to have to be re-soldered. After about a week, the magnets lost their durability and the phone stopped charging properly. Disappointing.

I was able to look at them and they fell apart, I'm looking for another solution, the seller hasn't answered me yet to fix it

I have to unplug and plug my phone in and out dozens of times a night to take photos of pickup stuff for my gig delivery job. This caused my port to break in my phone. This solved the problem. I'd just say keep the end off the ground as it can pick up iron dust and sand while it's magnetic.

I really wanted the charger not to be plugged into the port. I bought the cables first and the product description was misleading. Just like the box they came in (which was a week late), they worked for about a week and then stopped charging properly. I am very disappointed and feel ripped off.

I only bought this a few months ago and my phone no longer recognizes the cable. I have several of the same cables and have tried different boxes, different plugs, but this cable is not recognized by any of our devices. My phone recognizes other cables but not the one I own.

The charging connector on my tablet became very loose and would not accept a charge. The connectors on these cables were very tight and now my tablet has gone from useless to everyday use! I always leave a small magnetic end in port. It's very small and doesn't protrude at all and clings strongly to the rest of the cord. The second best part is the super fast charging! Well when I received the cables I plugged them in and to my delight they really started charging. After 15 minutes of charging I went from 2% to 25% charge. I leave it plugged in for another 10 minutes and burn my finger when it touches the infected part of the cord! With this thing heating up so quickly, imagine how hot it would get if left unattended for an hour or more? I unplugged the cord and will NEVER use it, let alone buy these things again!
