Handy, simpler than Max485 chip module RS-485

Simple serial communication without setting the enable bits. Works great for reading nutrient sensors and temperature/humidity sensors!

Plug and play with Raspberry Pi

Purchased to control Raspberry Pi's RS-485 clock. Works perfectly. I particularly like that the kit includes connection cables, making it a complete plug and play solution. Note that the microcontroller's TX pin is connected to the RX pin on the board.

Solved my problems perfectly

Well, I didn't see any reviews for this product, but I wanted to write something. I needed to use a Raspberry Pi to connect to a BACnet network and I needed to read and write serial data. I really thought the Raspberry Pi would work on its own, but I was having trouble with the connection I was connected to. I read at the wrong voltage and had to switch.
