The kickstand is not very good quality. Would barely hold the bike up from the start. Within less than two weeks it has already worn out to the point it won't even stand up at all. I have been trying in vain to find a new kick stand that is compatible with this mounting system. I purchased 2 of these bikes and was excited to receive it. Upon receiving and assembling it I noticed how cheap the materials were. Everything just feels cheaply made and the frame of the bike is much heavier than a standard bike. What was a deal breaker for me was the weight limit. This bike claims that the max weight is 300 pounds but that is not true. I weigh 250 pounds and the bike sags so much in the middle to the point where the bike pedals are almost touching the floor. Do not buy this bike, do not fall for these fake reviews.It is absolutely not worth 100$. Bike is absoultely cheaply made, with cheap stickers installed ( not aligned properly and bubbles inside stickers) bike component is already wiggly and frame metal wiggles too. i tried so hard to put em up and it still makes annoying sound when riding

Bike missing components needed to build. Bent parts on what was already built. Complete waste of my time and money. May not be suitable for long-distance rides.

Customer service is wonderful. They reached out right away when I was having friction On one of those gear plates. Pardon my lack of technical vocabulary regarding bicycles. It seems after taking it for a ride and shifting gears the issue may have resolved itself. Very happy with the bike it is beautiful. It was easy to assemble and it folds so I can take it anywhere. It rides really nicely. I’ll be getting a gel seat for my 53 year old bum. Ha ha.some padded shorts too.

Bikes not bad the left 3 speed shifter lever was broke in half. Would be nice if they would have a parts list with the bike. and so i could get another one.
