Love it. Small and light enough to fit in my purse. I have it in my car too. I haven't used it on my feet yet. I have fibromagic and nerve pain and I use it at work and wrap it around my arms and hands. Great when pressing on pain points in the hands. The only thing I've seen that I'd like to see an improvement is that the cleats can be a bit longer so you feel the cleats more than a hard ball. I would like to see it in a larger version for the back.

Beautiful and strong, just what you need. (Too hard and too soft doesn't work that well imo). The performances seem spot on. Good size, although some say it's small, about a little bigger than a golf ball. They have a bigger one on my PT which I like too but I don't see a hit because they are smaller. I mainly use for foot with nerve damage due to severe broken leg. They are also good for general leg pain. Wife and sons love them. My son runs a lot and my wife is always on her feet at work…

I take dance classes (belly dance, ballet, burlesque, modern, hip-hop, etc.) and do Zumba. it's awesome. I have flat feet and being a dancer with flat feet often causes severe pain in my feet and it really helps. Using it in combination with a tennis ball helped me a bit with arch and ankle pain. I use a tennis ball primarily for my ankles and arches, it really helps to get into a pull that is hard to get with a regular tennis ball.
