I liked it when I first got it. I work from home so it was nice to have a second screen that I can take anywhere in my house. It worked fine initially, but after about a month connection problems started. I would get a white screen with the Microsoft icon. Now it is very difficult to connect and it goes out in the middle of use. This is very annoying and I find it harder than it's worth. For the price I shouldn't have too much trouble with it, especially at first.

The only reason I'm giving this device 4 stars instead of 5 is the way it connects to your laptop. The magnet and sticky material aren't the best and keep coming off, especially when removing the monitor. However, if you keep the monitor on all the time (I don't), it could be a lot better. However, the company also offers a kickstand, which also seems to be a good solution. I had an issue but the company stood by their product, treated me very kindly and went above and beyond. A great addition to my laptop that makes working from home a lot easier. Excellent resolution and speed. Excellent customer service. I had an issue at first but they figured out it was the USB cable and I was new to FedEx. Received quickly and worked immediately.

It was easy to add a monitor to my laptop. A simple update on my Mac and the monitor worked. I'm so thankful I ordered it before the virus quarantined our teams.

The cable only worked a few times and then the cable had connection issues. The screen did not turn on or turned on intermittently. Can't get an answer from their support team. I advise you to be more selective when buying.

Traveling with a second screen is a breeze! I had to glue the magnets back into the stand. but it was an easy 5 second job with superglue - everything is a bit smaller on this screen than on a laptop, not enough to be in the way for me but might be an issue for some.

This product is great. While working from home during the pandemic, this has been an absolute lifesaver. This gives me the extra screen real estate I need from anywhere in the house. I use it every day while waiting for my youngest son to fall asleep. I'm really looking forward to continuing to use it when I get back to the office. It would be great if I had an extra screen with me everywhere in the office.

This is a good dual screen laptop. Working from home has become much easier as a result. I like the quick release magnet that keeps the screen in place. Very easy to set up.

The magnets do not stick to the back of the laptop, although the instructions that came with it were specifically followed. It didn't work as intended and advertised so I sent it back. PENDING UPDATE: The manufacturers of Duex were kind enough to contact me individually and send me a new SMALL model with more magnets. I'll see how this setting works and update it accordingly!

Really comfortable! Customer service is also incredible. Not that you'd likely need it for the quality of the product. Only for compatibility issues with different computers. Two hours on the phone with an apple = goose egg. Emailing mobile pixels for five minutes = work.

It was a life saver and an ease of use that makes working from home on a work laptop awesome. Allows me not to repeat the home setup. It's lightweight and the magnets work great on my Thinkpad. Better spending during this extended work from home.

I've been using my portable monitor for two weeks now and I really like it. The attachment was very easy to assemble and unlike the others it didn't wobble. This is a quality product and I enjoy using two screens at once. It saves time because I can complete tasks at work faster. Please keep it up! Thanks.
