It's not too heavy but it's not light either, it's medium sized but I don't mind because you can tell it's made of durable material and I like it. It is easy to use and assemble. The dust box actually has a nice lip that keeps you from getting that pesky thin streak of dirt on the floor that never wants to lift off. The brush part is really good. It works well.

This broom has such soft bristles that I didn't like it very much at first. But after using it for a while I love it! I have to sweep a lot of table legs, chair legs, etc. and the soft bristles get me around everything. The trash can is great too. You can use the "teeth" to push off clumps of dust, dryer sheets and the like. Overall I am very happy with this set.

This dustpan and broom actually work as advertised. You don't have to bend down to sweep dirt into the dustpan. And it's the only dustpan I've ever used that keeps dust from collecting under the leading edge. Much attention has been paid to the design of this product. I never expected to like a simple cleaning tool, but this one was so well made that I wondered why all the others were so poorly made.

At first I was disappointed that the handle hinges came loose immediately after first use, disrupting the sweeping routine. After reading my review, the company approached and politely suggested that I hold my hand firmly between my legs while twisting the top handle to securely tighten all connections. It worked and now I LOVE the broom. Unfortunately I made a hole in the plastic scoop by putting the ironing board in the same closet. But I liked the broom set so much that I ordered another…

I bought a different brand broom and had to return it because the bristles were so soft they didn't sweep well. I was hesitant to order this one for fear of the same issue, despite the description saying the bristles were stiff. I really like this style because the dustpan is accessible and you don't have to bend down to use it. The bristles are stiffer and the broom sweeps very well. Another plus is the length-adjustable handle. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've looked at about 1000 of these, there are so many that I hate going to the store to buy something like paper towels, but here it is. It lived up to my expectations, I think I bought it because it said "improved over the original" which makes me think some thought has gone into this. Either way, it's sturdy, big enough, broom bristles stiff enough not to skid over tiny crumbs. After using the broom for a week I am so sorry I spent all this money on it. I have to tighten the three parts that are screwed together because they always come loose. I have to stop sweeping to keep pulling up the sections. This is unacceptable. I will never buy a brush like this again. I hope no one else buys this. Unsatisfied buyer.
