Works great!

Having been a Windows PC user for most of my adult life, I didn't know what to do without a memory card slot to transfer my photos when I got my first MacBook! It was so cheap that I was very skeptical, but it works great. Plug it in and the Mac immediately recognizes there are photos on the card and iPhoto opens and anything I want to transfer is very easy to select and move around. This gives me the option of deleting or keeping the photos on the card after they've been copied to the hardโ€ฆ

Everything is fine with the memory card. Accessories

A memory card from a camera that is no longer working and I needed to get information quickly. Very fast, finds a memory card instantly and comes with software. Good and bad, it has the security of deleting files. Big; However, I cannot load the software correctly under Windows 7. You have to install the software to remove the contents of the memory card and every time I download the software it says no hardware was found. Might be an issue with the 64-bit version, but once I get it workingโ€ฆ

Not what is advertised

This is advertised as a '6-in-1' and has support for micro SD formats which was the only reason I bought it in the first place. But it doesn't support Micro-SD itself - it requires an SD adapter. There are only two slots - one for a regular SD card and one for what I believe to be a multimedia card (this slot didn't work for me as I was only looking for a device with a micro SD slot). With *adapters* it can support 6 different types, but as a standalone device it's just a plain old SD readerโ€ฆ
