Quieter than Magna Flow of the same size.

Installed on Tahoe 2012 with 5.3. Slightly louder than the stock 24" cabinet. I installed the same size Magna Flow on my 2008 Yukon, which gives a much deeper sporty sound.

2007 Chevy Avalanche Dynomax Exhaust

Now that I have the settings, my 2007 Avalanche sounds aggressive. I have engine mods and exhaust upgrades. I used 2 Dynomax mufflers for the install, a front muffler, a Dynomax 24238 Race Bullet muffler and a Dynomax 17235 Ultra Flo muffler. Resonator removal and SLP tailpipe terminations. To reduce hum, leave the resonator on.

Nice soft sound. Not too loud.

Mounted on Silverado with 5.3l. Everything else is factory except for that muffler. Pleasantly quiet when idling, but sounds more aggressive when accelerating. There doesn't appear to be a drone at 55-60 mph. Updated when I set headers. Edit: Very aggressive with headings. The raw sound of a muscle car. Goes well with a slight cam split. Thumbs up.

Gives the '07-up GM 5.3 a meatier, more open sound

My Tahoe now gurgles at idle and growls under load like an Escalade/Denali or HD Gas Silverado/Sierra. No more V8 sewing machines! It also "gets used to it" a little better due to the higher flow rate compared to the standard silencer. If you're looking for noise-busting rules, look elsewhere, but if you're looking for stylish, performance-oriented tone with a performance boost to match, look no further than the Dynomax Ultra Flo. Viewed before installation, it made a well-made impressionโ€ฆ
