🌀 Dyson DC41 Assembly Hose Review

This hose fits the Dyson DC41 but is 2.5cm shorter than the original. This is the most annoying as the hose doesn't reach as far as it used to. I didn't notice any suction problems. Dyson's website shows hose number 920765-04 and Revain's shows number 920765-03. It was easy enough to replace. I have had this vacuum cleaner for almost 7 years, it is used a lot and this is the first part to break. If I need to buy another replacement hose in the future, I'll buy it directly from Dyson.

Our Dyson vacuum has been working great since we bought it in 2013. However, the hose broke so I purchased this replacement hose for $25.24 with $7 shipping in June 2017. First impressions deserve a five star rating as it was a good price for an OEM replacement part. It comes with installation instructions and they were clear enough for me to follow without the help of Youtube. hope for.

It smells so good, new and fits perfectly! It's like a new vacuum cleaner! I live in south Texas where mosquitoes are a major nuisance. One day after the rain, a trillion mosquitoes hatched in my backyard and I couldn't even open the door to let hundreds in. They were swarms. So I used my Dyson to suck them all dry so we wouldn't get bitten in our sleep. Whole armies lined up on their ledges, so I just walked the ceiling of the whole house. Blood flowed into the tube, it was disgusting. So yes,

Okay, okay, everyone says "fits perfectly"; and indeed it is. Mine was also mysteriously "a bit short" for my Dyson. Nothing bad; I guess they have a replacement item that should work for multiple vacuums and I can be a team player. Then disappointment durability. I bought this in February 2020 and now it broke in July 2020 (see photo). The first hose lasted five years and our consumption pattern is the same. According to my calculations, I hope for another five years. I had barely five months.
