🔮 Dyson DC41 Purple Cyclone Assembly Review

I washed my old one in water because it was filled with so much dust and dirt. Then read the instructions that said DO NOT LOAD. 😔 I was afraid mold would grow in it so I bought this replacement. Fits exactly. It's just like the original. Can't tell the difference.

My last can didn't break, but it got so dirty that every time I turned on the vacuum it ruined the smell. If you have dogs, you know what I mean. I don't want my whole house smelling like dog when I vacuum. I'm so glad I spent the money and bought a new canister. It's like a new vacuum cleaner.

It is almost impossible to dismantle the cyclone's shielded vortex chambers and clean them completely. Poor design with the best suction and cleaning I've ever had. The cleaning of the vortex chambers is only possible with compressed air, which covers you from head to toe with the finest dust, from the outside. A highly efficient cleaning cartridge that is expensive and almost impossible to clean completely.

The photo shows a plastic handle and filter included. Mine arrived today with no plastic part (that's all I needed) and no filter. I'm waiting for a response from the seller but don't buy if you need a plastic handle. False advertising. Or, as my husband suggested, someone picked out the right parts and sent them back and we got this box. Either way, lack of attention to detail from the seller. Now I have to wait to get another one.

This is a genuine Dyson spare part made for the DC41 Animal as described. The red knot controlling the door that opens to dispose of debris broke after gradually beginning to loosen over a period of at least a year. We attempted to purchase this particular part from First4Spares but it was different than what was on our car. Apparently there was a change in its design at some point after we bought our vacuum cleaner about 5 years ago. I hope that this vacuum cleaner will serve me for many years

I was devastated when part of my Dyson (red clip parts) broke. At first I thought I would have to buy a brand new vacuum or wait a while to get the parts I needed from the Dyson. I was very happy to see that I was able to get the part I needed from Revain within 2 days. Does the job, works well - my vacuum cleaner seems to work like new again, sweeps better than before. (Maybe I just needed a new filter. Lol) The only thing I didn't like? 1. The canister opening mechanism seems a bit finicky…

WOOHOO! Fits and works! We bought a pink Dyson Animal from Costco 2 or 3 years ago. The red buttons next to the pen broke last week. I figured I'd have to buy a new vacuum cleaner when I thought of looking for replacement parts. Dyson sells them, but Revain hits the price. Not sure if this is a genuine Dyson replacement because it is made by Bissell? But it works, so who cares? Was able to put it on and happily vacuum the floors again. I will say our old Dyson lasted much longer. i keep it up…
