🔧 Enhanced Replacement Kit for Dyson DC25: Filters, Brushroll, Belt & Hose Included Review

Everything fitted and worked except for the hose. The hose didn't snap/vacuum and the nozzles didn't snap into place on the other end of the hose. If they sent me another kit the hose would do the same. Since I already installed all the other parts, I threw the new tube in the trash and ordered it directly from Dyson. The Dyson hose snapped into place and the attachments snapped into place on the other end. As they should.

We were considering scrapping our DC25 due to a broken hose and worn brush roller and it just didn't have that much suction power cleaning our carpets. This is such a well built vacuum that we decided to give this kit a try. It took less than an hour to swap out all the parts, YouTube helped swap out the strap and we were blown away. It seemed as if the vacuum cleaner came to life. It is worth the money spent.

We didn't think about filters when we swapped them out for old Dyson filters. But after 2 uses our vacuum cleaner stopped working. We checked the vacuum cleaner and concluded that overheating from new filters is not intentional. We removed the non-standard ones, cleaned up our old Dyson brands, put them back in and we've had no more problems with our vacuum. It's unfortunate because the listing says Dyson filters but they aren't.

I read the reviews and was a bit worried about the hose locking and fitting properly but I ordered anyway. When the package arrived I installed everything within 40 minutes after watching YouTube videos with instructions on how to access the belt. The lower rubber hose ring has a protective hard plastic collar that must be removed prior to installation. My guess is that those who couldn't fit it properly didn't remove that plastic cover. I highly recommend buying from this company if you are looking for this set. This kit worked great on my DC25 tier - to be honest I haven't changed filters etc since I bought it years ago. This kit is great - the hose is much easier to use (it actually flexes and stretches) than the one that came with my original purchase.
