The white ink in this product is of excellent quality BUT each pen contains a fairly small amount of ink. The ink shows up well on black paper and has good pen line strength, but be prepared to change pens frequently.

I need white pens to highlight black and white images for my graphic novel. I was happy with black, but in order for the images to look spectacular, I needed white. Wow. Doesn't matter! I would take a photo to demonstrate but I'm crazy about computers and downloads so it has to be old fashioned pen and ink to me! Many Thanks.

The art I make requires a thin and precise tip. These gel pens don't give me that. The mascara comes out unevenly and sometimes it doesn't come out at all. I usually have to apply a second coat to the line to make it light enough and that robs me of the flawless look I want. It helps to have a sheet of paper handy to spread the gel on, but I'm still disappointed with the result on my real black paper.

I like to write on black or dark paper, but good white pens are hard to find. True, I usually prefer a fine or ultra-fine pen, but they always write so inconsistently. The ink often stops or the opacity is very poor. These pens have excellent workmanship and feel very durable when writing. They're not a perfect moment, of course, but they're a great standout value. Also note that they don't smell as bad as the Sharpies!

These pens don't work at all. The packaging on the back warns that they may not work and how to fix them. Your fix doesn't work. I work with graphite and charcoal. I have been using a black sketchbook as a journal for over a year and have used a variety of pens to write. I'm looking for something to just jot down thoughts and random sketches, so I appreciate the finer point of these pens compared to other pens I've used. It's hard to get started but once you start rolling it out it becomes very opaque and shows up really well on black paper. I use them for drawing on tinted paper and on my black stickers.
