When assembling this hat, the peak was sewn on with a crease. Usually, the curved seam at the junction of the beak and the dome of the hat is half a hexagon, not a regular curve. This prevents the hat brim from being bent. It seems that a quality product is impossible to find.

It was too small so I prefer a fitted hat over the one size fits all. That being said I'm very happy with the simple design just saying I'm a Navy veteran compared to everything else I see even on a hat list. I will probably order another color that is in stock.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my dad after his first one had worn down after 3 years of almost daily wear. Fit, seams and workmanship are perfect! Just a suggestion: hand washing is recommended, which will extend the life of this baseball cap. Highly recommended.

This cap has the perfect profile. This is one of the most attractive and comfortable hats I have ever worn. The embroidery is bright and very neat. The hat is very comfortable and appears to be well made. I've received many compliments from other vets as well as questions about where I bought it. I intend to buy another one as a spare in case I manage to do something terrible with this one. I don't want to be without him. I highly recommend this product.
